CHRONO ACUPUNCTURE --Do
"Acupuncture" by Yourself!
Simple Point Selections for Self-Acupressure
Cupping
How to do Acupressure
by yourself?
We do NOT suggest you to do Acupuncture with needles
if you are not a health professional.
1. Use Cupping
Set to do Acupressure without needles. This
is almost as strong as acupuncture; as safe as your finger; click
for Cupping Instructions.
2. Use our Chrono Acupoint Calendar
to select points to do acupressure -effective plus Double
safe because all the acupoints used
are on limbs;
It's NOT very effective to use your finger to do acupressure
by yourself because you can not relax at the same
time.
Below are some samples of acupoint selections to do

Two ways make acupuncture easy for you:
1. Learn just 4 pairs of 8-Hui
acupoints and use our Chrono acupuncture calendar;
2. Introduce Acupressure
cupping set (Supervised by China Acupuncture and Moxibustion Institute)
instead of needles to do acupuncture: the suction cups
with Acu-magnet tablet head work for the points of your
body just like the acupuncture needles worked for the points and meridians.
