Point Selections for Self-Acupressure Cupping
How to do Acupressure
by yourself?
We do NOT suggest you to do Acupuncture with needles if you are
not a health professional.
1. Use Cupping Set to do
Acupressure without needles. This is almost as
strong as acupuncture; as safe as your finger; click for Cupping
Instructions.
2. Use our Chrono Acupoint Calendar to select
points to do acupressure -effective plus Double safe
because all the acupoints used are on limbs;
It's NOT very effective to use your finger to do acupressure by
yourself because you can not relax at the same
time.
Below are some samples of acupoint selections to do acupressure.
